Welcome to Umrah Packages from UK. You must accept these Terms by using our Website and making any booking for a Travel Service from us. Please pay them careful attention before booking.

Who We Are

Umrah Packages from UK is a trading name registered in England and Wales.

Our Role: Package Organiser

If you book a combined package with us (for example, flights, hotel accommodation, visa processing, transport sold together for one single price) we are the Package Travel organiser under the 2018 Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations. In other words, this means we will be responsible to you for the proper performance of all of the travel services included in your package even if the services (for example a flight or hotel) are provided by third party suppliers.

When you book a stand-alone service (for example, flight only) with us, that service is supplied by the relevant supplier under its own terms and conditions and we act as an agent for you in completing that booking.

Financial Protection (ATOL & IATA)

Our financial health is something we value, and it is important to us that you understand what is covered and what is not.

• ATOL Protection: Where applicable, flight-inclusive packages you purchase from us are ATOL protected by our suppliers. An ATOL Certificate will be provided to you confirming this. If there is any part of your booking that is not shown on the certificate, that part does not have ATOL protection so please check it carefully.
• IATA Compliance: Flights booked through us are issued per IATA ticketing conventions.

Your booking may include flights and other services not protected by ATOL, therefore if you are uncertain whether your certain booking is ATOL protected check with us before you pay. You can verify our ATOL status at caa.co.uk. 

Your Rights Under the Package Travel Regulations

As we sell packages your legal rights under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 entitle you to (but are not limited to):

• The right to receive all essential information about your package before you book.
• This right to transfer your booking to someone else at a reasonable time.
• Only under certain specific conditions (such as fuel prices, exchange rates or fees imposed by the government), and only to the extent allowed by the contract with a notification period of at least 20 days prior to departure.
• The right to cancel the contract and obtain a full refund, or alternative package, if We make a major change to any of the fundamental aspects of your package before travel.
• The right to help when you get into trouble in another country.

A full statutory information form will be provided to you as part of your booking confirmation, as required by law.

Booking and Payments

• Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit or full payment and issued a written booking confirmation.
• Payment Deadlines: Remaining balance must be paid by the date mentioned in your booking confirmation. If this is not settled by this date your booking will be cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy (see below) and you will lose your deposit.

• Information Accuracy: You are solely responsible for ensuring all passengers’ names and other details match those on the passport document exactly. You will be liable for any costs incurred by you in the event that you provide us with incorrect information (including name-change fees). This does not exclude or limit our liability because of any errors made by us in entering your booking.

Cancellations and Amendments

• By You: If you want to cancel or change your booking by giving us written notice by email. A cancellation fee scale will be as follows [insert your actual fees e.g. “over 60 days prior to departure loss of deposit only; 30 – 59 days:50% total price, under 30 days:100% total price”]. Certain elements, such as some flights or hotel reservations, might be nonrefundable after issuance and we will advise you before paying which aspects of your package this applies to.
• By Us: If we or our suppliers have to make a major change to your package or cancel, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and, where the law requires under the Package Travel Regulations provide you with choice of an alternative comparable package or a full refund.

Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements

• Documentation: Make sure all travellers have a valid passport (at least 6 months clarity left post return) and any visa required to enter Saudi Arabia. As per your chosen package, we will help you in getting your visa processed but final acceptance is subject to the concerned authorities.
• Health Requirements: Travelers to Saudi Arabia on Umrah and Hajj must also show proof of certain vaccinations (including MenACWY). We will give guidance to current requirements, but procuring the necessary vaccinations and paperwork prior to travel is up to you.
• Nusuk Registration: You need to ensure the processes you are registered with on the Nusuk platform are updated and complete for all your rituals. As part of your booking, we will guide you through this process.

Liability

When you book a package trip with us, we are the organiser of your package as defined under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.

We shall not be responsible for the failure to perform or for matters beyond our reasonable control, this includes:

• Your own act or omission;
• The act or omission of a third party unconnected with the provision of the travel services which could not be foreseen or avoided; or
• In the event that things beyond our control happen, such as a war, terrorism, natural disaster or an industrial action (these will be referred to as “force majeure” problems which arise and whose effect is unavoidable, even if due diligence has been exercised.

Our liability to you is not excluded or limited by these terms to the extent that it may not be excluded or limited, under English law in respect of death, personal injury.

Data Protection

We process and collect your personal data (passport information, contact details and payment details) to process your booking, communicate with you and comply with legal/regulatory obligations as required under UK GDPR & the Data Protection Act 2018.

We may disclose your information to other relevant third parties for the sole purpose of enabling us to fulfil your booking- airlines, hotels, visa processing authorities and payment providers (including credit card companies). Without your consent, we do not sell and will never sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

Complaints

If your complaint is in relation to any aspect of your booking, you must write to us by email at info@umrahpackagesfromuk.com as soon as possible, and where applicable while you are still abroad so that we have a proper opportunity to deal with any issues.

Governing Law

These terms are subject to the laws of England and Wales. All these terms of this agreement are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
